If I could give 6 stars, I would. I have had many dealings with estate agents over many years and have in the past been underwhelmed by the level of service. However, Brad Hansford is an estate agent who has blown that perception out of the window. The service level from day 1 has been fantastic; great communicator, problem solver, personal approach to his customers, high level of understanding his customer.... And the selling and buying was managed professionally, although we had some delays that Brad couldn't have foreseen. If only the house buying / conveyancing process in the UK would be improved!! So many thanks.
