I am so so happy with my experience with Oulsnam in Barnt Green! The team were incredibly friendly and Shelbi in particular helped us every step of the way. As first time buyers we were worried that buying our first home would be daunting but from our first viewing Shelbi guided us through the entire process and kept us updated throughout.
