We instructed Webbers as the major estate agents in Barnstaple, as they are well established with a good reputation and strong presence. Living out of the area, we needed the right agent to deal with everything for us. They promised a lot, and from start to finish they delivered, in every respect. The right value, the right marketing and the right result within the timescale we wanted. Our expectations were high and they were exceeded. We wanted a full, reliable service and support, and the friendly Barnstaple team, working as a true team and were great to deal with at this stressful time. Thank you all.

Excellent service

Last week my daughter, Carrie Arnold, took over the tenancy of a home in Barnstaple, through your lettings agency. <p> Carrie gained a post at Exmoor Zoo and had 4 weeks to find a house to rent near to her new job, which seemed a very daunting prospect. The facts that she was moving over 260 miles, had never been to North Devon since she was 5 years old, knew nobody in the area and had only 2 working days when she could visit the area seemed insurmountable problems. We really thought that there was little chance of her moving into a new home before she started at the zoo. <p> However, your company made the seemingly impossible very “do-able” and Carrie moved in 5 days before starting her new job, which was just 20 days after your receiving her application. <p> She and I have nothing but praise for Webbers Lettings, as everything we needed was taken care of: you led the process professionally, encouragingly and with a friendly tone on the telephone. You kept us informed at each step of the process and answered every panic striven question we had with patience and understanding. <p> So many, many thanks for your excellent service. Not only did you allow Carrie to move into a super new house but you made her move to her new job at the zoo far more enjoyable and far less stressful than it could have been. Overall a very good experience with a professional and friendly team. Good in giving feedback following viewings. The Sales Progressor, Karen, helped to navigate the sale with the chain below and to keep updated. It took nearly 12 months from the initial viewing to completion, but we got there in the end!

Had a great experience with Webbers in purchasing our home. Always kept us informed with information about the process and always at hand if we needed any information.

I did not like finding out about viewings as a 'copy' of what was sent to the potential buyer. This is a lazy approach, it takes 2minutes to send an email to the seller in their own right.
