Absolutely awful company. We moved out of one of their properties in November. It's now 5 months on and they are saying we owe money. Even though we paid everything and got our deposit back. Dreadful

Dear Michael We are surprised at your comments. You will recall that after you vacated deductions were made from your deposit to address some end-of-tenancy issues that we identified. The remainder of your deposit was transferred to you and the matter closed. We are not seeking any further monies from you can so can’t explain your comments, unless there is a misunderstanding and you are referring to an older email. When it comes to progressing a sale, incompetent and lazy are the words that spring to mind. Almost no effort made to close the sale, had to do all the work ourselves.
