At the initial valuation Steve was friendly and professional. When it came to booking in viewings the sales team were always prompt in keeping us in the loop around what was going on with excellent communication via phone and text. Everyone was really accommodating when we went on holiday and were able to show our house for us while we were away. Once we had accepted an offer the team were great at keeping us in the loop about what was going on and Beth in particular went above and beyond in terms of chasing information about what was happening in our chain which really helped alleviate some of our worries! This is the first time we've ever sold and I would highly recommend Whitegates. I'm aware that there are cheaper online estate agents available, but it's well worth considering the additional service you from a more traditional agent who will really put the effort in to get your sale over the line.
