We felt his advice and approach was honest and fair and the package that Whitegates offered was the best value for money of the agencies we met - and by a significant amount. Nothing was too much trouble when it came to marketing the property - new external photographs were taken on a sunnier day, without us prompting, and the brochure really helped present the property in its best light. Anyone we spoke to in the office was really helpful and friendly when arranging viewings and when the offers came forward we felt well equipped to proceed. In fact, you sold our home at the asking price within three weeks of going to market - completely exceeding our expectations. Having wasted 12 months using other estate agents which did absolutely nothing I decided to try whitegates. They were excellent .
