I've just completed my first sale with Whitegates Barnsley - of a number of properties I'm selling in the area. I've been really impressed with their service throughout the process. In particular Steve, Debbie and Beth have been excellent. At a time a few months ago when many other agents were too disorganised to deal with enquiries, Whitegates quickly accepted my instructions, and had the first two properties advertised very quickly. Buyer enquiries and viewing bookings were quickly arranged, keeping me in the loop with progress, and the multiple offers received. When it came to negotiating the sales, they recognised that the highest offers are not always the 'best' offers, and provided me with all the information I needed on buyer status and funding to enable us to quickly choose which offer to accept. Once the sale had been agreed, regular and relevant communication continued throughout to a timely completion.
