I cannot recommend these estate agents highly enough. We had Michael to do all our viewings, he was extremely professional and gave us feedback after each viewing. We had weekly updates from Tracy in the office. She was an absolute gem, nothing was too much trouble. All queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I really think this company is far superior to any other estate agents. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

Just bought my first house with MAP estate agents. Such an enjoyable process, Andrew kept me updated throughout the whole process and explained things in terms I would understand. I'm so happy in my new place and am very grateful for all the help along the way!

We purchased a house through MAP, we were mainly dealing with Tracy and Andrew, who made the whole experience run smoothly and made it enjoyable to purchase our first home. The whole team there are lovely and so professional, in the months we were looking for a house, we’d had viewings with many different estate agents and dealings with them but MAP were by far the best!

During the whole process I found the service we had from the MAP personnel efficient and professional. First time ever that an estate agency has kept me fully informed throughout a property purchase, automatically liaising with the seller and solicitors to facilitate a smooth sale. If you are selling a property I would thoroughly recommend them to you, as the sale is much more likely to go through!

So, you are looking for an estate agent. They all look the same; they all turn up and tell you your home is lovely; they all tell you they can get the best price... etc... right? ALL ESTATE AGENTS ARE NOT EQUAL! MAP are not equal - they are completely different and you should chose them above all others for good reason. Believe it or not this is an objective review, but I feel so strongly that I should share just how good this company are. Lets start at the beginning. Do they tell you your home is worth more than it is, or less than it is? No, they tell you the truth whether you like it or not. Some might like to be sold to by a shiny-suited salesperson who tells you complete rubbish, but if you're like me, you don't want that; you just want the truth. This is what you get. Next, the viewings. Always accompanied. They pre-visit your home and get to know every last detail. They take the buyers around with skill and knowledge beyond any other agent I have ever dealt with. Have you ever viewed a house and asked a question to be told 'I don't know'; I'll find out; never to hear anything again? Lets be honest, that's every viewing you've ever been on! Not with MAP. They knew our house like we do. Next the offers. There were lots of them! You don't have to worry about whether your home will sell or not, you only have to decide which of the many offers you want to take. Best price, best position etc.... It's a hard life having to chose which of the many buyers you want to go with. Do I know how they do it - no. As far as I'm concerned it's witchcraft and I do not care how it happens, but I'm happy it does. So, if you've bothered to read this far, you might think I like MAP but I haven't got to where they really excel yet. Sales chasing. Wow! I am proactive when buying and selling houses, but every time I phone MAP they have already done what I was about to ask them to do. They are relentless! (in a good way). What does your buyer need to do? They've not only worked that out well before you have, but also told them and their solicitor (probably twice) what needs to happen and how to make it happen. Not only that but they go beyond their job. They chase every part of the chain, no request is too far. Simply amazing. So is this a one off? No. We've used MAP on several occasions now and every time the experience is the same. Unsurpassed service and to make an outlandish claim in almost the words of Carlsberg: Probably the best estate agent in the UK. Why not the best in Cornwall? Oh wait, they've won that ever since they existed anyway. Best in the UK; how can you say that, you might ask? Well actually, I've been involved in the property industry for more than two decades and an estate agent for ten of those years; albeit a decade ago now. I hate (and love) to admit it, but they [MAP] are better than I ever was; and certainly better than any other estate agent I have ever come across. By the way, I won a number of National property services awards and I am a former multi-year gold award winner of the 'Times' estate agency awards amongst many others. These guys are exceptional! Not just better than the rest but WAY ahead... As you might gather by now I like them; and you will too.

The best in the South West! I cannot express my gratitude and thanks to the MAP Team, they're simply outstanding. My house sale was a smooth & seamless transaction thanks to Andrew and Michael. I would recommend them for their professionalism, communication and personal touch. If you want an Estate Agent that's perfect in every way, then look no further.

Our experience of purchasing through MAP has been exceptional, from start to finish. I couldn't recommend MAP enough. Our initial viewing with Michael was very enjoyable, Michael is friendly and fun but also informative and communicated well through the initial process of making the offer. We've since been looked after by Andrew, who's communication and support has been second to none. I have been kept in the loop through every single step, and had more support, information, explanation and updates from Andrew than our own estate agent.
