I have not moved into my property yet, however the efficiency and professionalism of Alasdair Gordon (Chelsea) was outstanding, especially during this COVID period. A true gentlemen who knows how to deliver the best customer service experience. Always assured by how he handled the viewings and explaining the entire process at each stage. Just let our flat, with Kate Flynn and team doing an excellent job. They provided a realistic valuation, brought in quality potential tenants for viewings, and provided too-notch advice when another agent found potential tenants who proved to be unscrupulous. With so many other agents endlessly focused on the hard sell or highly inexperienced, it was really refreshing to work with JLL’s experienced, sensible team who seemed focused on taking care of clients. Thank you Kate and team - I would definitely work with you again.
