Great, helpful and simple.

It was so easy for us to purchase the property through Williams and Goodwin. Julia was so helpful and patient with us throughout the process. We encountered some problems during the mortgage process, Julia and everyone else there were great, knowing how much we wanted to buy the house they assisted and advised us what to do step by step. We are very grateful for the service we received. They made sure that both ourselves and the sellers were up to date with everything that was happening. Definitely recommend.

Helpful friendly staff, great communication

We dealt with this agent as a buyer and had great service from them. As I guess with a lot of house purchases things don't always go smoothly and the team here (particular mention to Vanessa) were really helpful and supportive to resolve outstanding issues and get answers to questions, great communication and always returned phone calls / emails when they said they would.
