It was good to have a friendly and constructive meeting with you at the property last week. This enabled us to provide clarity on why it had been necessary for us to carry out regular inspections at the property and the explanation you provided on the current status with the occupiers helped to resolve issues. Having seen this review earlier today I touched base with Nadine the office manager this morning to clarify your concerns. I believe she was also able to met you at the property a little earlier today and provide an explanation in this matter. With the vendor having anxiety over Covid issues and being difficult to contact we apologise that we were unable to confirm the appointment and trust this has now clarified the matter for you.
