Although the process of selling my house has taken longer than I would have liked (due to reasons out of W&G's Control) they have remained very responsive and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

When we decided to market or property, the choice of estate agent was critical to our plans.
As we were on a tight schedule it was appreciated that Tim managed to fit in a appointment with us at short notice.
From start to finish, I can't praise Williams & Goodwins enough, special mention goes to Julia who was our contact at the office.
She was always available to keep us informed on how the viewings were going.
And when we found our buyer Julia was invaluable to the smooth conclusion of the sale.

I've been dealing with 'vanessa davies' whilst looking for a house, and she has been an absolute star! I feel so comfortable with her.. Like nothing is trouble for her and she's even stayed in work late one night for me whilst we were going through my house prefrences.
