Excellent service!
I have known and dealt with Maria for over 10 years as a fellow member of Leamington Business Network. We’ve had numerous mutual clients over the years and the consistent feedback has been that the team at Distinct Estate Agents are superb. Their attention to detail is second to none and they always go that extra mile. What Maria, in particular, doesn't know about this area of expertise isn't worth knowing! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending all my friends and family to Distinct Estate Agents and that in itself speaks volumes.

Excellent 5* service from start to finish
I have been using Distinct for many years and they offer a fantastic, easy and professional service. Truly 5 star + Their process is seamless, I have always had great tenants which reflects that their screening process is spot on. Excellent service from start to finish, helpful friendly professional staff via e-mail and phone. They always take that extra mile of effort to make sure everything is sorted out and everyone is happy. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is either a landlord or tenant.

Good, honest, reliable service, haven't any problem agency related
I've been in contact with Maria and Janette from Distinct Estate Agents. Both are nice and honest . Any query I had, they tried to provide as correct information as possible. Helped me with advice to sort my stuff out. I am very happy with their and agency service. I've been tenant in the property for two years.

acting on sale of property in Bloxham
Distinct Estate Agents submitted proposals to handle the sale of a fully refurbished property in Strawberry Terrace in competition with two other local reputable Agents and were awarded the commission based on the following - 1 Their suggestions on further enhancements to the refurbishment to make the property more attractive to potential buyers. 2 Their marketing strategy which included an exclusive open day prior to the full launch on the internet. 3 A realistic and fully justified assessment of the asking price 4 Sarka, the Principal, came across as being someone who would be fully hands-on throughout the sales process were we to appoint Distinct. 5 Realistic fee structure Following their appointment Distinct secured an acceptable offer close to the asking price within a few days of the open day and before the property was place on the open internet market. The sale successfully completed a few weeks later. Throughout the whole process, Sarka was constantly "on the case", pushing hard when necessary and gently nursing along the purchaser whilst under pressure from us for progress! We would strongly recommend Distinct for selling and advising on property sales in the Bloxham and surrounding area . A very professional Agency who have the unusual skill of actually listening to their clients

Personal, efficient and professional
Distinct Estate Agents provided an efficient service helping us to find a rental property and doing all they could to fit in with our tight timelines. They kept us informed throughout the process and helped us a first time renters to understand the practicalities. They also appeared to be held in high regard by the Landlord.

Distinct Estate Agents provide an excellent and professional service, for both lettings and sales. Their attention to detail supports the client, and I trust them to manage my property and tenant. I also have experience of selling through them, and I was impressed by their approach, including the proactive tracking and management of progress. I would recommend them without reservation.

Absolutely flawless and excellent service!
Distinct Estate Agents has made every single element of moving home stress-free!! We have been in contact with Maria from start to finish and we could not fault her one bit! She goes above and beyond to make our experience as smooth as possible. We have even extended our current tenancy because not only do we love our home, we knew it wouldn't have been this flawless elsewhere! Excellent service
This agent works very hard to ensure both landlord and tenant are protected. Giving a friendly yet thorough and professional service. Our situation was more complicated than normal but they worked with us to get results. Would recommend to everyone.

From a contractors perspective!
I've had the pleasure of working with/for Distinct Estate Agents for a number of clients. As an electrical contractor, they make an often difficult relationship run smoothly. Distinct are extremely well organised and always have their clients best interest as a priority, something that is not always the case with others. I highly recommend Distinct to clients, as their professionalism and ability to liaise is second to none.
