Its been a long time since we purchased our home through Michael Anthony, but hardly got time to write a review. Hardly can fault MA in anything. Honest, always reachable and very transparent in a time when everyone was rushing to complete. If you are a buyer and your offer has been accepted, they take the property off the market so there is little risk of gazumping, which I found was lacking with their competitors who were willing to show us properties even after offers had already been accepted. Its very difficult to find good agents who work both for buyers and sellers and Michael Anthony are one of them. After finally settling into our new home, I have had the chance to write a review. After using various local estate agents in the area and getting no where, my daughter put me in touch with Michael Anthony. After just a short while with them they sold our property and we purchased one of their properties on their listing so it was a win win. Excellent professional service throughout our house sale. Andrew Kerr has been nothing but helpful and dealt with everything (even silly questions!) promptly and is someone I have no hesitation in recommending to other people. Very good real estate agents. We were on the buying side. The staff was always super friendly and cooperative throughout the process, while representing the best interests for both parties. Since our property was part of a chain purchase, we were expecting a very lengthy process until we'd get our keys. However, we were surprised when we got our new home in just 3 months.
