Efficient, professional service
We have been letting properties for a number of years now and have have used various agents in the Aylesbury area. This is the first time we have employed Baker Sales and Lettings and were most impressed with the high standard of service given and the speed and efficiency of the whole operation. Jason visited the property on Friday to take photos and prepare the sales details and by the following Tuesday it had been let !! The whole package was flexible and could be tailored to what you as the customer actually wanted which was great . To sum up I would certainly recommend that you try the services offered by this company.

Friendly, professional and reliable
Me and my partner rented a property for a year and a half through Baker and my experience with Jason is extremely positive. As it was our first time renting independently, we had a lot of various questions and small request and Jason was always there for us, doing his best to accomodate our needs. Throughout the tenancy he responded very fast to any requests for repair and maintenance, which i hear is not the case with other agencies, and i am very grateful for that. When we left the property, checkout and deposit handling was quick and fair. Many thanks for your support and professionalism!

Exceptional service and very well priced!

Amazing service
Bakers Sales and Lettings has helped me and my partner move out of our parents houses and into our new home. Jason was professional and approachable throughout the thankfully short and easy process. We are completely new to the area and Jason helped us to feel like we have made the right decision to relocate. Would highly recommend!

Personal, approachable and caring letting agents!
We rented a property from Jason at Baker Sales & Lettings for the past year and we can not fault him or his company at all. Having had many experiences with various letting agents throughout the years I can assure you that Jason is the best. He is approachable, friendly, down to earth and cares a great deal about what he does. I have no qualms in recommending him to anyone and wish his business all the best for the future. If you're looking for a personal service then don't look anywhere else!

You won't find a better service
Going through Baker Sales & Letting was the best decision we could have made for our new flat. Jason has been helpful from start to end, involved and considerate. I have never had such a level of satisfaction with any other letting agency and I would definitely recommend dealing with Baker Sales & Lettings for your new home.

Jason made the process of finding and moving house stressfree
I recently went through Baker Sales and Lettings to rent a property in Aylesbury. When we went to view the house Jason met us there to show us around. Unlike the agents at the previous four properties we had viewed that day, Jason was so friendly and genuine and really knew every detail of the property. Throughout the check in and inventory he really made the whole process stress free. He went out of his way to help us and we felt he was really honest and pointed out any issues within the property. Unlike the large letting agents I have used in the past, Bakers offered a more personal experience and Jason is really responsive to calls, texts and emails and replies instantly. We won't hesitate to get in touch with Jason when we finally buy a place of our own.

Friendly, approachable, thorough
As a tenant who has moved around in the past few years, I can honestly say that Jason is by far the friendliest and most approachable letting agents I have ever encountered. Having seen how thorough he is when checking tenants in and out of properties, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any landlords or property sellers. Thanks, Jason!
