A fabulous service from start to completion. Everyone at Millbanks was friendly and professional and the level of service and care is above and beyond what I expected. Emails are sent out regularly which link to your very own portfolio of properties based on your search criteria. The online media packs for the houses that are on the market are the best I have seen and include not only photos and floorplans, but lots of other info including planning history, info on services at the property, EPC and local infrastructure too. Once my offer had been accepted, I was updated every week with exactly what was going on with my purchase, without having to chase. Overall a great service and I would highly recommend!
