We would like to thank Paul and the team at Country Properties who sold our house within a week to the 2nd viewer for a price we were very pleased with. Country Properties' local knowledge is excellent and they were able to introduce the perfect buyer to us, moving from first viewing to exchange in just 6 weeks. They kept us in the picture throughout the process and also recommended an excellent Solicitor (Shoosmiths) who acted for us on our sale. We first spoke with Paul a year ago when we were initially considering selling our house and we were very impressed with the honest and simple advice he offered on some low cost improvements we could make to maximise its’ potential and also things that were unlikely to make much difference, such as replacing the kitchen. Through these improvements and the excellent pictures taken by Country Properties’ professional photographer, the house was very well presented on Rightmove under their Premium Listings, all of which led to an excellent outcome, thanks again Paul and the team.

We had a complicated house sale, and throughout the long process, Sonia and her team were encouraging, friendly, and helpful. They were always immediately responsive and no matter who we spoke to in the office, they always knew who we were and the latest details of our sale. On countless occasions they went out of their way to help us, and no question or concern was too small for them when we called or emailed. We would unconditionally recommend Country Properties to anyone selling their home.

Despite the fact that we put our house on the market at a relatively quiet time, Country Properties listed it at the price we wanted and then pulled out all the stops to get people through the door. There was a constant stream of viewers and within two weeks we had sold. We also bought our next property through them and they were extremely helpful with securing that for us. When we approached the exchange of contracts and all parties wanted different things, Sonia and Kerry were great at making sure everything progressed in the right direction and that everyone remained happy. We also used their solicitors who were fantastic throughout the whole process, giving us regular updates without us even asking for them and dealing with issues super fast. We have recently completed our house sale and we're very pleased with the service given by both the Ashwell and Baldock offices who work in conjunction with each other Paul Pocock the manager of Ashwell did our valuation and arranged for a very good professional photographer to take pictures of our property .... resulting in a buyer within the first few days !
