I was very happy with my Ryder & Dutton experience. We worked hard to choose the correct agency and were impressed with the way Alex handled valuation etc. We had plenty of viewings, all well-organised and Evie managed the purchaser very well. Price was fine. Elki took over 3 weeks before completion and closed everything out efficiently. Would not hesitate to recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Alex - great knowledge of local area, set a realistic price and took great photos. Sold quickly ! Evie - a great go-between, updating me on purchaser position so I could nudge solicitor. Overall - a very satisfactory service.
