Really impressed with the level of service received from Ryder and Dutton, Ashton-under-Lyne. This was our first letting and Linda Broadbent and Victoria Griffiths could not have been more helpful. Very quick to act on anything which was needed, very experienced, informed and professional from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Thanks to Katie and Jack, who were both thoroughly professional, prompt to reply to any queries and explained everything in full at every stage of the remortgage process. I will definitely use Katie, Jack and Ryder & Dutton’s services again in the future and happily recommend them to others.

Both are very helpful and nothing is too big or small to sort out quickly. I both bought & rented using Ryder & Dutton. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Many thanks to all

Evie Wheal handled the purchase of the property I was buying really well and was very proactive and helping it stay on track given the challenges Covid presented the solicitors with. All in all, Evie has been really efficient and professional and I would recommend R&D.
