I worked with Conor, Lynn & Natalia as a first time buyer to secure a mortgage offer, and the process has been very smooth! Communication was frequent and honest about the step of the process my application was currently in, and if there were any hold ups/extra documentation required I was contacted by Lynn right away and Our correspondence was always friendly and professional. Natalia was extremely helpful in explaining everything to me as a FTB, and secured me a better deal than I originally had from another provider.
