Myself and my husband can’t thank Horizon enough. From a bad experience with a previous property and Estate Agent at the start of our process which unfortunately we had to pull out from. Our experience this time round was completely different! Kerry from Horizon was great from the get go. She had this property in mind for us, which we loved from the first viewing. From the viewing to completion Kerry and her team were on it! We mainly dealt with Kerry and Reece who always answered our questions asap, got on to solicitors when needed and I feel due to having them onboard aswell as a good mortgage broker (Bolt Mortgages Cara) and a decent solicitor (Tolhurst Fisher). Meant we were able to complete in 10 weeks. So thank you Horizon. We would certainly use you again in the future.

Absolutely outstanding! The Ashtons Hitchin team went above and beyond in multiple ways including spending a considerable amount of free time over the weekend looking into an issue which I had only a few days prior brought up to them. On top of this, I was very impressed with the willingness of Jake (Hitchin) and Chloe (Harpenden) as well as other members of the team to go out of their way (and often out of hours too) allowing me to view the property and arrange other aspects in order to fit in with my own schedule.
