She took my girlfriend and I around multiple houses and gave updates on any new houses that were coming to market, as well as generally just being really lovely and helpful during our house search 😊

Moving home in 2025/26, seemed so much more stressful than the last time I did it. Richard James have managed to really help relieve some of this stress they are all professional knowledgeable and nice to deal with. They provided very good referrals for both survey and removal firms. I bought through Richard James but did not sell through them, which was a big mistake on my part. If you’re unsure or they all “seem the same” once you get into the process Richard James excel in comparison. So thank you Daisy , Molly, Alex and especially Jo for all your help .

I couldn't speak more highly of Staves. They were excellent. Estate agents don't always get a good press, do they? Well, Staves are certainly the exception who deserve all the plaudits they get. Matt, Kate, Charly and the team were all first class and really helpful. They were always available when you wanted them, kept us properly up to date on the progress of our sale and, most importantly, genuinely gave advice. Their fees are also very competitive and I didn't begrudge them a penny. They worked very hard for us. So if you're selling or buying in Dore or Totley, go to Staves. It really is a no brainer.
