I viewed a rental property nearly two weeks ago and made an offer. Each time I call, I am told the lettings team is unavailable or that they haven’t reached the landlord yet. Every call details are being taken with the promise of callback that never happens.The lack of communication and responsiveness has been very frustrating, especially since the property is still listed online. I understand that it may be challenging to reach the landlord, but this ongoing lack of communication is very concerning. It raises questions about how future issues, such as urgent property repairs, would be handled if timely landlord intervention is required. I hope they improve their communication and customer service in the future.
I did find the agents very helpful but felt lied to as they seem to hold back information about the property (ie time left on the lease) I was told it had 160 years when it only had 50years by the time they told me I was over a month into the sale and spent money out. The agents need more training the way they talk and deal with people, i won't use them for sure.
Had worst customer experience from Jamie & his team; after confirmation of Jamie that seller has signed contract, funds were transferred on agreed completion date and on completion date he was hiding in office and not responding to our emails & calls; He never informed us seller has changed mind until completion date and due to his poor handling I lost property and it cost me over £5000 and four months efforts. Please don’t trust this Branch and particularly Jamie; he is not transparent and nonprofessional and not trustworthy…. Stay away & save yourself from such bad experience
We had the worst experience, we rented a flat in stains, we experienced damp, with the ventilation not working, when we informed the agent, we was served a section 21. The landlord come round with the agent, and we was handed a dirty sponge and cleaning product to clean the mould, on leaving they kept the deposit, due to the mould, this happened to the tenants before them happened to us, the agent said it was decorated to a high standard, he had just glossed over the problem, They never reply to email, they treat female like a second class citizen, be careful when renting from frost
Called to arrange a viewing on a property was told I would receive a call back and nothing happened. Call again with the same request, told the same. Needless to say the outcome was the same!
Extremely unprofessional people working in the Ashford branch.I called the branch and asked for a property which is up for sale. She says yes it is available but viewing is not available until next week. But no point booking you for a viewing because it wont be available. Then why the hell its on the market and why you telling me its available ??? Lol. How idotic.
