Top quality service and top quality performance from Jamie and his team. They guided us through the whole process step by step. Always achieving what they said they would do and with a smile, whilst maintaining a top professional service. Furthermore you introduced us to your solicitor partnership and they were also brilliant and excellent value for money. Moving is a stressful time but we fully recommend getting this team on your side to smooth your journey.

Very happy with the service we had from Jamie and all the staff at Frost in Ashford, we were kept up to date with all aspects of the sale which went through very quickly, a special mention to Paige who guided us through the Inheritance tax forms.

The sale of my late mother's house was pretty traumatic, but Jamie and his colleagues made the whole process as easy and trouble-free as possible. Their communication with me was excellent, and their knowledge of the local market meant that we found a buyer very quickly.

A huge shout out to Jamie who helped keep us sane during a very stressful 9 months of ups and down in a very complicated chain with quite a few unexpected twists and turns. Your prompt, almost daily towards the end, replies,support and continual chasing of solicitors and vendors were greatly appreciated. You were right, sticking with the process was worth it and we are now very happy in our forever home. If I could award 10 stars I would.
