I've known estate agents who butter prospective sellers up with false expectations of the value of a property in order to entice them in, but I really appreciated the honesty and realism with regards to deciding on the asking price. All the way through the sale I was kept informed and advised, so I never had to call to ask what was happening. As I have had experience of other agents, who didn't bother to call unless they had a very rare viewing to arrange, this was very refreshing.
