A few months ago the Frost estate agency in Ashford high Street helped me sell my late mother's house... I had many estate agents come to do a valuation for the house for probate reasons and out of all that came I knew that Frost would be the ones I chose to sell the house when the time came, when Paige came to the house she was so understanding, knowledgeable, but mainly so helpful about the world of probate that I was about to try and tackle alone... She gave me tips and pointers there and then and said I was to contact them for help about anything during the process, they also could help with names for house clearance people etc and good cleaners and all of the things that I might need clearing a house before it was ready to go on the market. I do not live anywhere near, So all of those things were very helpful. So when I was finally ready to sell they were of course who I chose to sell. Paige instantly was round to take the amazing photos and got it on the market within days and was sold within 2...! They recommended an amazing solicitor and I was kept informed the whole way through and it was all done and completed in less than 3 months... I highly recommend Frost and would like to thank them and Paige very much for making what would have been a horrible, upsetting process as smooth and as easy as they possibly could.
