Frosts have recently sold my flat in Ashford London, following 3 years of leasing it out through their lettings agency. Frosts actively supported me in the protracted and sometimes frustrating sale of my father’s house (after probate and in an area a long way from where I now live). They were unfailingly responsive, cheerful and polite throughout the process, including my occasional irritation when things seemed stuck. Alex, in particular, was very obviously experienced and knowledgeable, so he inspired my confidence and trust. He never ducked my awkward questions and he always reacted quickly to any query. When we finally achieved Exchange, his delight was genuine. Jamie (now at Feltham), Amy and later Andy all kept me regularly updated without the need for any nagging on my part, even when the news was gloomy. I can thoroughly recommend them.
