I have had excellent and professional service over the past five years from the team at Frost Partnership in Ashford as they have been letting agents for my property. Josh Frewin is well informed, responsive, professional, and a friendly point of contact. He is excellent with landlords and tenants alike, and takes personal care to resolve issues swiftly.

Ella Dodds Johnson at Frost Partnership Estate Agents handled our letting application and the referencing process very efficiently. They were highly responsive to queries and viewing requests and viewings were done professionally in light of the Covid-19 pandemic.

I recently sold a house through the Frost Partnership in Ashford and felt the need to leave a review. Harry Johnson was selected to deal with my sale and he was excellent from start to finish. He kept me in the loop at every step and any issues we encountered he resolved them quickly and professionally. I originally bought this house 15 years ago from Frost, and sold it with them, as I still remembered the service they provided back then. I can't recommend Frost enough and would happily use them again.

We contacted Frost Partnership to buy house to move in Ashford Surrey area. Harry Johnson listened to our needs and budget. His knowledge of the area is fantastic. He matched our needs to a property that was coming on to the rightmarket shortly. We were the first one to view and finalise immediately. He has great negotiating skill and therefore, managed to meet our budget and sellers expectations. Harry has good disaster management and client handling skills which helped the transaction go through despite many difficulties posed till we achieved completion. Harry also clarified few things after completion which proves great after sales service. Harry, Thank you very much for your polite and professional service.

Myself and my sister have just sold a property with Frost, dealing with Alex White who I have to say was absolutely brilliant and went over and above, put himself out on many occasions, he helped and guided throughout the entire process, I couldn't recommend them enough, a pleasure to deal with!!
