Never attended a single viewing in the six months the property was on the market. Never followed up to see how viewings went and never offered any feedback. Most appointments never arrived. A real lack of customer care. Property was on the market with two Estate Agents and the marked difference between the two was evident throughout.

Im sorry to read your review, firstly our client was actually the developer and not yourself. We were asked to sell your property on behalf of them, so you could buy one of their properties.
I'm sorry that a lot of your viewings didn't attend, I know this was the case with the other agent also as you told us that yourself.
Because you were not our client directly, we followed up and gave all feedback directly with them, as that is what we are told to do in the initial instruction. We were never asked to accompany viewings, should we have known that we would have been more than happy to arrange them with you and carry out any that you couldn’t.
I feel it is unfair to grade us a 1 Star as during the 6 months on the market with us you never mentioned you were unhappy with the service, and we were in regular contact arranging any booked viewings. Again, I can only apologise if people do not turn up to booked and arranged appointments, but this is not our fault and we shouldn't be penalised for this when it is something out of our control. You even offered to give the viewers your contact number in case they couldn’t find the property, which we did.
We had 12 viewings that took place on your property and feedback is on the system for all of those viewings.
Again, I can only apologise that you were unhappy with the service. I feel that the 1 star review is disappointing and I wish that if you were unhappy with things during the time you were on the market you would have addressed this with us or the developer at the time instead of waiting for the developer to withdraw you from their books and then writing a bad review. We would have been more than happy to resolve any issues you had. We always had positive things to say to the developer about your property and explained to them it was a very specialised property. We spoke to them most Fridays with a weekly update. I’m sorry that you feel this way, and I wish you all the best in the future with your house sale.
