As we didn't live local to the house we were selling the team took on responsibility for showing prospective purchasers around. Amazed at the number of viewings in a short space of time. We had a property that was a bit different and that made it a long and difficult sale. Both Sarah and Charlotte were extremely helpful along the way, keeping us informed, being very supportive, and when needed provided very good advice. We would recommend them to anyone and if we were to sell again we would use them.

All staff were lovely and helpful, particularly Sarah who we mainly spoke with. She kept us up to date with each step of the house buying process. On the day we were meant to get our keys a few last minute hitches on the solicitors side meant we couldn't collect the keys untill late on Friday and they very kindly stayed open to wait on us. Definitely a great agent to deal with as a buyer.

The team were brilliant and definitely did everything they said they would throughout the sale. We were selling a family home after 40 years and all of the team were mindful, respectful and considerate about that at all times. We had some bumps in the road but still sold within the original time quoted and for a little more than we have been advised. I can't recommend them enough cool, calm and professional at all times.
