It is my pleasure to provide feedback about Oyster Properties Estate & Letting Agents in Arnos Grove, Southgate. As a newcomer to the UK, it was our first experience renting a flat, which was provided by the Arnos Grove office. I want to say their attitude is professional, and a gentleman named Kumar introduced our flat to us. He was really supportive and quick to respond to any inquiry. He was very patient in answering our questions because there were so many differences between my home country and UK regulations and procedures for renting. The flat needed some maintenance when we moved in, and we raised these issues, which they helped us resolve. In one instance, the front door lock malfunctioned, and we were stuck inside the flat. We immediately called Kumar, who promptly started helping us out of that uncomfortable situation. I want to express my sincere thanks to him. Thank you, Oyster Property, for your help and support. We were looking for a new apartment to rent in March and we found one with the help of Kumar. Kumar was very helpful during the whole procedure, whenever we had a question, he always answered immediately.
