They valued the property confidently, arranged viewings within a couple of weeks, and obtained an offer just below the asking price from one of the initial viewings. They had a dedicated "Move Manager" who provided the updates and interfaces required to progress the deal. Unfortunately, because of misplaced deeds, the sale stalled, but Brockenhurst recognised that both buyer and seller was committed and organised an interim rental agreement which then gave time for location of the deeds, and completion of the sale. The team at Brockenhurst are a credit to the industry. Whenever we viewed a property through them, they were always very professional and knowledgeable in their portfolio. If ever I had a question they didn't know the answer to, they went away and got the answers and responded very promptly. We were buying a property through brockenhurst and unfortunately it fell through as my buyer was made redundant. They went above and beyond to get photos of my property to list through them to increase exposure online to help sell the flat. Sadly the original property did not go ahead. However on the 2nd attempt one of the team contacted me to notify me that a property had fallen through. This property was everything we were after and more. Thanks to a simple phone call and thinking of us they helped their seller sell again quickly and got us a fantastic new home. Not only did they excel at selling the property but they were also great at keeping on top of solicitors to make sure everyone was up to date. The first thing you notice about Brockenhurst Estate Agents is how friendly they are. It was quite refreshing after dealing with a few other agents whilst we were searching for our forever home. We found them an absolute pleasure to deal with and because they treat all their customers this way we found that they were instrumental in pushing the deal through, because I imagine the vendors were as open and honest with them as I am sure they were with the Venders.
