My comment is about the professionalism of the firm and in particular one agent. Adam at Brockenhurst showed us round a property that Brockenhurst were selling on the same afternoon as a competitor did the same at a different property. He hasn't been doing this very long but is a natural in his post. Asking the important questions, guiding the conversation without being pushy in any way. The difference between the way the two appointments were facilitated by the agents was astounding, and we were in no doubt what so ever by the end of the afternoon that we had chosen the right firm to sell our properties. Adam led us around the property and highlighted particular features, we talked about building and development opportunities and we talked about potential drawbacks of the location. He managed the visit, picking up on what we were saying and asking us about how we felt about certain things. We felt it was a professionally but friendly run visit and that he was also very respectful of the property. By comparison their competitor was unable to even confirm the asking price of the other property, we offered to take our shoes off on entering but the agent said not to bother and she was unable to answer questions we asked saying it was a different agent who was managing that property who would contact us to discuss, guess what that call never came. As I said this experience confirmed for us that we had chosen the right agent to sell our home, and happily we bought via them too. Our engagement with Brockenhurst throughout this process has been professional, reassuring, reactive and honest. I would not hesitate in recommending them as the best agent locally to sell or buy through.PositiveProfessionalism
