A bit of a mixed one. It would’ve been a 5 star review only because of Maisy. Andrew let the entire experience be more stressful than was necessary. Andrew constantly needed a real push and we felt he overstepped his mark with getting involved with the conveyancing process. He also didn’t quite understand that you need to push your buyer, especially when they decide to use cheap online conveyancers. We felt Maisy was far better and understood that she was representing her client and didn’t need to make friends with our buyer. We hope she continues to have opportunities in the future to get involved with the negotiations and not just the selling as we feel she did a better job! Thank you Maisy, and good luck with your future negotiations!

A very professional and efficient experience !!

Always feel assured when speaking to the Belvoir Letting team, in the years that I've had dealing with them, no bad experiences so far.

Belvoir Andover have been looking after the fully managed rental of our 2-bedroom coach house for 3 years now. We have been pleased with their service and in particular the selection of quality tenants with few gaps between tenants at changeover.

They helped me to find a place really soon and were really nice and kind. I would like to say that specially Delia Thing who was the first person i talked with was a tremendous help and really really nice! Nicola was really great as well.

They were able to move me in very quickly, about 5 days after confirming interest in the property I rent, so props for that. Customer service is generally reactive and quite friendly (except for a member of their staff who can get a bit moody...) Overall good experience with only a few minor downsides, which is why I'm not giving a 5 star rating. Hope to continue with them in the future.
