Ebony at Belvoir has delivered the most professional and friendly service I have ever received during the process of selling my house. A massive thank you to her for all her hard work and regular updates through the whole process. It has been stress free from start to finish and I would highly recommend Ebony and definitely use Belvoir again!

I read somewhere that estate agents are generally regarded below used car salesmen. (sorry used car salesmen!) for honesty and integrity. and sadly have been on the receiving end. Belvoir are the Gleaming exception, All the staff from the top down are ultra professional, helpful, honest, and I have no worries about them managing my properties. Their tenant selection criteria works like a charm, I have never had a problem with Belvoir selected tenants, ever! To return to my automotive analogy, This company is the Rolls Royce of estate agents. I would not consider using any other estate agent. Gold star to Emily Fryer for an exceptional condition report, and Courtney for re negotiating a new lease with exceptional tenants.

Prior to meeting the team at Belvoir I was worried that moving properties would be extremely stressful, but due to their professionalism and vast knowledge they have made the whole process from start to finish trouble-free. In particular Courtney who exceeded in all my expectations, keeping me informed at all times with the processes and dealing with any problems that arose without me having to worry. Thank for all your hard work. Definitely recommend this agent to any one who is contemplating purchasing or letting a property.

Monday 16/10 This morning I was booked in for my first house inspection with Belvoir, to check that everything was in good working order. I was visited by Emily Fryer around 11.15am and she was very pleasant and polite. I felt at ease with her coming to view the property :) Before carrying out the inspection, Emily asked if I had had one before, to which is stated no. She then proceeded to explain the process which was a lovely gesture, and the inspection began. Overall, it was a lovely experience and Emily was very helpful, taking away information with regards to the property and advising that she would inform her company and the landlord for a resolution. Very happy, and glad I decided to rent with Belvoir :) Excellent service

I let a number of properties through Belvoir. I find them responsive and willing to correct problems when they arise. I have used a number of agents in andover and elsewhere. Belvoir compare very favourably to these other services i have used.

The first inspection of the property that I am renting was undertaken by Emily Fryer from Belvoir today (18 October 2017). Emily was very courteous and undertook the inspection in a timely manner. Emily caused no disruption to my normal routine when she undertook the inspection. Whilst undertaking the inspection and noting an issue for the landlord Emily was able to assist and rectify a longstanding issue whilst she was at my property. I was given at least a fortnights notice of the inspection and the time it was likely to be conducted. The date and time of the planned inspection were achieved.

We purchased our home via Belvoir and compared to other experiences with Estate Agents, we cannot fault them. Jenni was an absolute gem and a real delight to speak to. Whenever there were difficulties within our chain and during exchange, Jenni went above and beyond to try and speed along the process for us and make the move process as pain free as possible.

Vicky was excellent, together with her team who are always prompt and courteous when dealing with my queries. We were so pleased to have let the flat so quickly too.
