For the past year I’ve rented my house out through Belvoir - they found me a tenant really quickly, did all the checks and maintained great communication throughout the term. When I decided to sell the decision to use them to sell as well was easy - they worked with me and my tenants to make sure they were reassured and happy to stay until the house was sold, they found me a great buyer and got me over asking price!
