We dealt with Andrew and Phil back in Feb 2025 as part of the buying process, being seller and buyers in a smallish chain. Andrew was difficult at times and we felt the agents were in favour of the seller and others in the chain above us throughout the whole process. We felt this was likely due to the others buying higher value properties and us being at the bottom of the chain. Having been a buyer twice now I felt this time round the process was rigid and very stressful with us loosing money in the process. We would not recommend and would avoid in the future.

Absolutely appalling service from Belvoir, particularly from Robyn, who has completely ignored serious health and safety concerns in my property. I raised urgent issues regarding a deteriorating ceiling, potential asbestos exposure, and water leaking through to an electrical light, yet despite multiple emails and follow-ups, I have been met with silence and inaction. I was told an asbestos test would be arranged, but a week later, no one has even contacted me to schedule it. Meanwhile, more of the ceiling continues to fall down, which is especially concerning as I have a young child with breathing issues who has now been referred to a specialist. The negligence displayed here is completely unacceptable, especially given their legal responsibilities under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985. If you’re considering renting through Belvoir, I strongly urge you to think twice. They are more than happy to take your money, but when it comes to tenant safety, they ignore serious hazards and leave you to live in dangerous conditions. Avoid at all costs!

We’ve moved out a month ago and still don’t have our deposit back. Excuse after excuse.

Absolutely shocking service. Needed a valuation on a 4 bed house, 3 bed and a 1 bedroom house. After 2 weeks I called to say I had not received any news on the valuation , told they had my email spelt wrong and would resend the valuations once again. No joy I called Belvoir only to speak with Andrew himself who first said he needed more time ? Then we hit the nail on the head when he said he hadn't done anything about it as yet followed by " I forgot I'm only being honest " He also insulted me by saying he was a busy man with paying customers which come first. I then reminded him where paying customers first start with a partnership to which he then tried to blag...obviously lost my custom.

Would strongly encourage anyone considering to look elsewhere for rental and letting services. Wholly unreliable, often completely unavailable and have a history of utter negligence, causing deterioration in tenant relationships. Only selected one star as zero wasn't available
