I am very pleased with the service Vicky and her team have provided at Belvoir. They were recommended as they have been providing a very efficient letting service to someone I know. They quickly found me a tenant and have been very responsive to any queries or questions I have.

We first met Chris when he showed us around what is now our new home. He was smart, professional and knowledgeable about the property. When we put in our offer he not only seemed to want the best for the sellers but for us too. His mediation between us enabled both parties to achieve a selling price that was beneficial to both. Really good support throughout my tenancy, whenever anything needed fixing they were quick to resolve it! The end of tenancy process was smooth and painless! Issy ran this really well I also dealt with the sales team through Tom who was courteous and helpful through as they sought to sell the property for the landlord at the same time as managing my end of tenancy arrangements!
