For the past year I’ve rented my house out through Belvoir - they found me a tenant really quickly, did all the checks and maintained great communication throughout the term. I can highly recommend Andrew at Belvoir who helped me sell 2 houses in Andover. Andrew kept me updated, sometimes daily and explained each step of the process really clearly to me. He also talked through my options when I had to make a decision, giving me advice to help me decide on the best steps forward. Overall, a great service.
