Having recently bought a house through Simon Colligan I would recommend them to anyone - all of the agents were super friendly and bend over backwards to help you (even with last minute visits to the property). Communication with these guys is so easy and they were hugely helpful both during and after the conveyancing process in communicating with the seller, and with our solicitor to find out for us where we were in the conveyancing process. I’d buy/sell a property through these guys in a heartbeat.
