Terrific experience with the Bournville branch of Robert Oulsnam. They are always willing to do a bit of chasing up and down the chain to keep things moving. Becky dealt with most of my purchase enquiries and she was extremely professional and proactive right from viewing our purchase to completion day. If I ever buy a property again I hope Oulsnam are the agents!

If you're looking for an estate agent to sell your home, i would strongly recommend Oulsnam. As someone that has been looking for a house, i have been really impressed with Oulsnam. They have been the most proactive at sending out property match information (the only agents to have done so despite registering with multiple). They have been knowledgeable about all properties we have seen with them and always followed up with a phone call afterwards and again if we hadn't discounted a property initially. All without being pushy. If we were to sell in the area later on, i would choose Oulsnam given recent experience.

5 stars aren't enough. Estate agents have rightfully earnt a poor reputation over the years and I have to say dealing with Rob has been a breath of fresh air. There is literally nothing I could fault about our experience and everything I would praise. Whilst I don't envisage ever wanting to move house again anytime soon in the event I did, I would call Rob imediately and I would encourage all of my friends and familly do the same. We found Rob to offer an extremely personal service which was transparent, straightforward and honest to not just us us as vendors but also to our buyer which undoubtedly helped to ensure our sale completed succesfully. Throughout he displayed tremendous insight and steered our sale in order to achieve the outcome that we wanted. As an independant, it was extremely refreshing to know that Rob only took on a few properties at a time in order to remain committed to our sale and remained contactable at anytime of day. Many discussions happened in evenings as we work full time and we felt we had Rob's undivided attention. Consequently our property sold quickly but more importantly for us, at a value higher than we had initially hoped which broadened the scope for our onward purchase.
