We would thoroughly recommend James Pendleton as an agent to buy a house from. Ralph Dunn, in particular, was patient, extremely efficient, helpful and a general delight to work with. But others we spoke to if he was unavailable were also extremely helpful. Nothing but praise for the company in general.

Ralph assisted my sister and I with our property search in South London. We found him to be a cut above most other agents we had dealt with. His level of detail was particularly impressive - he came prepared with printed sheets of information for each place we viewed, and had ensured that he wasn't wasting our time by only showing us properties that matched our criteria. We also appreciated his authenticity, there was nothing "salesy" about his approach. He's very knowledgeable about all aspects of the property market and gave us some great advice.
