Within two days of instructing Brockenhurst to put my property on the market, Rhys had conducted two viewings and sold to the property at asking price. The viewings were gained by the team ringing round potential buyers and asking if they wanted to view. At this point, no photos or videos of the property were taken. Once the offer was accepted, we moved within eight weeks. The team kept us updated throughout and communicated exceptionally well. So from putting the house on the market, accepting the offer, completing, and exchanging it was only 53 days! It would not have been that quick had it not been for the exceptional service of this amazing company!

Georgie did an amazing job in handling the sale of our flat. The marketing was very good and we were given regular updates.
