From the very beginning when Stephen Grace came to view and give us a valuation on our property he made us feel like we mattered and what we wanted mattered. He was very positive about our property and we felt his valuation was a good one. We had had previous visits and valuations but no one made us feel anywhere near as comfortable as Stephen. In fact the total opposite we felt that they were creating negative things to say about our property for what we believe to be a quick sale. All through the process of marketing/viewing/negotiating offers and finally getting what we believe to be a good price for our house the whole team were very, very professional. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. When Steve first saw my property he was enthusiastic, knowledgeable about the area and honest about pricing with a clear plan on how we were going to sell it in the best possible way. The photos and video which were made really showed my property in its best light which generated so much interest when it went live! Katie was also extremely helpful with the selling phase which made my life so much easier. Very quick to communicate information and keep me up to date with what was happening. I was communicating with James C throughout the process and I honestly, honestly really appreciate him and all the work, time and effort he put in for me to get my place. I won’t ever forget it. His Customer service is 10/10, fabulous, very polite, patient and understanding.
