I am currently renting a property from Kingshills and will be at least for the next couple of years, I am so happy with the flat I got. Like, really happy it is perfect for me. I was communicating with James C throughout the process and I honestly, honestly really appreciate him and all the work, time and effort he put in for me to get my place. I won’t ever forget it. I am very grateful for that. There wasn’t one question, call or query I had that wasn’t answered. James firstly is very professional. His Customer service is 10/10, fabulous, very polite, patient and understanding. He is very kind & James really knows what he is doing (unlike some other agencies that are mainly just there to frustrate you and waste your time). The contracts are truthful, easy to understand and honest, no funny business or hidden agendas or costs. I would DEFINITELY recommend letting with them and if I do decide to move somewhere else in the future I would come to KingsHills first before looking elsewhere. And thank you again James :)
