I used Kingshills to put my house on rent. This was my first time using Kingshills and they were extremely professional and easy to work with throughout. James, one of the owners first came to the house to give it a rental valuation, we discussed the rental options and he followed up with me on the same day. A couple days later pictures were taken and it was on the market. They had booked me in 10 viewings over 3 days and the property was off the market within a week. I couldn’t have asked for more.
