We never had a moment’s doubt that Kingshills was the right estate agent for us to use to sell our house and we still don’t. Steve James took the lead in our sale and we appreciated his casual professional approach. He is quick to share his vast knowledge and experience not only about our sale, but on our purchase as well. It was evident in our first meeting that we wouldn’t be just a number and that never changed. For us the stand out was how transparent everything was and how reliable the team is. If they said they would do something they did it and often they would do more even when it isn’t expected. We were constantly kept informed about what was happening at every stage. In an sector where repeat business from your customers is low and little value is placed in having service that is above the norm Kingshills are making every effort to stand out. Their service levels are exceptional. Would I recommend them? Without hesitation! Should you use them recommend them? Without hesitation!

What can I say… From the day Steve valued my property, I knew instantly I wanted it on the market with Kingshills. I had a stereotypical view of anyone in the sales world – pushy, tells you what you want to hear – over promising etc. and I was ready for it. But not Steve. Personable, friendly, passionate in what he does and most importantly honest and trustworthy. The whole process felt so personal. I was really impressed that Steve conducted all the viewings himself and kept me up to date via whatsapp. He worked hard to secure a great deal on my property – and quickly too! I was completely at ease and knew I was in the best hands. Steve has not only sold my property but has also supported and advised us on our next property even though it was not listed with Kingshills (I wish it was!) I also need to give a huge shout out to Katie in the office, who went above and beyond to support in getting the completion over the line. If it was left to my solicitor, I have no doubt that we would still be waiting!! Hopefully it won’t be for some time now, but if we ever need to sell up – I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Would rate higher if we could. After a nightmare of a failed transaction, Steve helped us re list and sold in a matter of days...finding the perfect buyer. Always on hand and was willing to make any phone call to get things moving if needed. Couldn't recommend enough!!
