This is friendly, human, professionalism to the highest degree. We were letting our much loved character filled ( meaning comes with unique problems !) house for the 1st time. So that means we got gently led through the process by James, fab photo's taken at our convenience and barely got on the market as he was able to match us with a looking tenant. We bought our new home from Kingshills and very fortunate to have dealt with Steve. He was absolutely fantastic, everything you would hope to have in an Estate Agent but have rarely had in our experience. Without his perseverance by communicating with all parties and chasing we don't think the sale would of completed. I wish we could say the same of our estate agents that handled our sale, they were useless. So suffice to say Steve is NOT your stereotypical agent. Steve was beyond amazing with a friendly and professional approach. He sold our flat within a week when we expected it to take months. He provided a walk through video of the flat which was top notch and managed to sell at the price we wanted. We then struggled to find a home to buy and Steve helped with this. He replied to every request we had straight away and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he made the selling/buying process stress free. Honestly he was a pleasure to deal with and really cares about his clients and I can’t recommend him enough!
