We recently sold our property in Downley through Kingshills Estate Agents. We were very impressed. The photos and videos of our house that they produced were stunning and the short commentary accompanying the video was excellent. All members of staff that we spoke to were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. When we put the house on the market in mid September 2023 we immediately went on holiday for a couple of weeks with the instruction to Kingshills to keep in touch and "just get on with selling our house". That's exactly what they did. They created a small WhatsApp group to include everyone involved in the sale so we could check on progress at any time.
