JNP Estate Agents - Amersham

We used JNP to sell our flat, took a while due the market conditions but Trefton from the Amersham office and Mark at the Hazelmere office where brilliant at guiding us through the process, and supporting all our questions and queries. They supported us to sell our flat but also currently supporting looking for our next home. can highly recommend JNP to anyone local looking to sell.

Sharna Joseph has been great in being proactive in obtaining quotes for some work that needs to be done at our property. We were impressed that she was not satisfied with the first quote received and immediately set about obtaining another one. She has both the tenants and the landlords well-being firmly on her radar.

So it was due for inspection of the flat that I am renting. The inspection was pretty straightforward. Deb Wheeler, the letting agent, was really nice and friendly. I mentioned to her my concerns and kept record on it to be reported to the landlord. Hopefully the issues will be addressed.

Trefton Joyce and Suzy Garrett could not have worked harder or been more helpful in finding me a home to rent, particularly when one of the landlords changed their mind mid-way through the process. Thank you so much to both of you.

Great meeting and service yesterday Deb Wheeler. Pleasant, helpful and professional. Thank you appreciated.

A big thank you to Suzy Garrett and JNP for helping us find the beautiful house we had been searching for so long. It was a pleasure working with Suzy; she has such great energy and made the whole process smooth and easy, saving us a lot of stress :)

Suzy is one of the very best in the business. She’s intelligent, resourceful, trustworthy and deeply experienced in the local market. Moreover, she is a consummate professional, and, equally, a joy to work with. And I thought there was no such thing as a unicorn!

Thank you Trefton and Suzy for reletting our properties so quickly in Princes Risborough, you were both extremely efficient and we were very grateful for the wonderful service. Charlotte & John

Suzy is really kind, approachable and very helpful. She helped us find a new flat to move into and because of her, it became easier and faster. JNP makes smooth and hassle-free transactions with their clients and they definitely do their best to accommodate people.

Suzy has a really good appreciation of what we were looking for and found us the perfect property. She is a star.
